1. Definitions

ALISON & PAUL is an online retailer offering clothing and accessories through its e-commerce store.

The Customer refers to any individual or business placing an order.

The Agreement is the sales contract between ALISON & PAUL and the Customer.


2. Validity of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through ALISON & PAUL’s website.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms agreement with these Terms.

These Terms comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).


3. Offers and Contract Formation

All product listings on the website are considered invitations to treat, not binding offers.

A binding contract is formed once ALISON & PAUL sends an order confirmation email.

ALISON & PAUL reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing mistakes, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons (in line with UK contract law).


4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable under UK VAT legislation.

Payment must be completed at checkout.

Accepted methods include major credit/debit cards and secure payment options shown during checkout.

Prices may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days, with delivery usually within 3–10 business days within the UK.

ALISON & PAUL may ship from UK or international fulfilment centres, depending on stock.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring correct shipping information.

ALISON & PAUL is not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control (force majeure).


6. Right to Cancel and Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have a 14-day right to cancel from the day they receive their goods.

ALISON & PAUL allows returns within 30 days for additional convenience.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after inspection.

7. Warranty

ALISON & PAUL provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described).

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
